We liked the hotel very much! Hospitable and polite staff, the receptionist promptly helped us to solve the problem with an iPhone lost at the airport. The location of the hotel is great - the building is right ten meters from the subway exit, a stone's throw from the waterfront, close to other public transportation stops, shopping centers, restaurants, even McDonald's. A perfect place to explore Hong Kong. Friends, small rooms in hotels - this is the norm for this region, such a peculiarity, no need to be surprised and minus the hotel. The room was cozy, I was pleased with the ability to choose different light settings, great water pressure and temperature in the shower and a beautiful view of the harbor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

The room was not super big but suitable for the price - since we just used it to sleep and wash up. Though it was still spacious for our 2 luggages. The bed was okay, just wishing that it was a bit bigger though it was comfortable. They change the towels, toiletries, and clean the room everyday which is a plus for me. The cabinet was spacious. The safe and blow dryer were easy to use. The aircon was cool and not broken. The staff was easy to communicate with as they speak english. It was a 2-3 minute walk from the bus station that goes to the airport, a 1-2 minute walk to the nearest train station, a 5-6 minute walk to the nearest tram station, and easy to hail a cab since it was located on the main road. There were also a lot of 7-11 branches nearby (I saw 4) - really convenient!

Location is the best. The IBIS North Point is situated on top of the North Point Station. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. New mall opened last year opposite the IBIS with plenty of eateries, shops and few supermarkets. There are 2 laundries underneath the hotel either. Best location ever.

The location is great, that's real Hong Kong out there. And the MTR is pretty much downstairs. Good local food nearby. A street market. Good coffee and convenient external laundry.

Kenney on the front desk was super welcoming and even upgraded our room. Location was EXCEPTIONAL. Close to North Point waterfront and MTR station only seconds away. Room was functional.

The tiles in the floor in the bathroom is slippery can able to cause an accident. I hope if the hotel will plan to change the tiles please prioritize the bathroom. For the location, it is good and nearest in the market, convenience store and restaurants. You will never get hungry. Accessible in MTR and Buses. The bed is good there is no bed bugs.

Good location, easy access to MTR, the room is small but got every basic thing needed and very clean, the bed is comfortable and clean. the staffs are very friendly and willing to help if you needed and they will do everything they can to satisfy you.
